Exhibit Opportunities
The exhibition is a vital part of the WAPR 2025 Congress. Every effort will be made to ensure that all exhibitors receive prime exposure and direct marketing opportunities with key players and decision makers in the field. Efforts include but are not limited to:
- Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall
- Networking breaks in the Exhibit Hall on all Congress days
- Charging lounge and poster presentations in the Exhibit Hall
Exhibit Options
Included with each purchase:
- Table + 2 chairs (carpet & electricity TBC)
- Panel with organization name
- Two (2) complimentary exhibitor badges, Exhibit Hall access only
- Four (4) additional exhibitor badges (CAD 300 per badge), Exhibit Hall access only
- Listing with company logo, 50-word description and web link on Congress website, onsite program and mobile app
Level sponsors have first choice in selecting exhibit location, followed by exhibitors on a “first-booked, first-served” basis, as long as payment is received. No exhibitor may sub-let or share with another exhibitor.
Non-Profit Spaces
Exhibitors who are defined as not-for-profit organizations are eligible to receive a reduced rate for a maximum of one (1) tabletop display (40 sqft = 4 m2 space with table and 2 chairs). Assignment of space will be confined to a specific area on the floorplan. Non-profit exhibitors do not have the option to choose space in other locations on the exhibit floor at this reduced rate. Supplémentaires booths will be charged at the regular booth rate.

4 All confirmed delegates will receive a final confirmation email a few days before the Congress, with valuable information such as Venue address, Registration Desk hours, etc. Your custom banner will be displayed in the body of the email.
5 Every delegate, exhibitor and visitor will need to register via the Registration site. Your custom banner will be displayed in the footer of the site.
Sponsor will be responsible for providing the banner ad / post as per specifications to be communicated by the Congress Secretariat.

Sponsorship Levels & Benefits
To reach a sponsorship level, you can:
- pick “a-la-carte” items from the options above = shopping list (exhibit, advertising, program, marketing items), or
- make a general contribution to the Congress, or
- choose a combination of these two options: if the total of your “a-la-carte” items doesn’t reach the minimum amount for the sponsorship level of your choice, simply add a general contribution amount.
Upon reaching one of the amounts mentioned below, you will unlock the benefits associated with the respective sponsorship level, in addition to the specific benefits associated with each “a-la-carte” items you will have chosen.

Hotel Accommodation: Book Official!
The Congress Secretariat (International Conference Services, Ltd.) is the official housing bureau and will coordinate housing for the WAPR 2025 Congress. Discounted room rates have been negotiated for delegates and groups. All sponsors and exhibitors are asked to support the Congress by booking accommodations via the official housing bureau. Full rates will be available on the website’s Accommodation page.
