Visa Requirements
An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a travel visa to attend WAPR 2025 will be issued ONLY after registration has been completed and full payment has been received by the WAPR Secretariat. It is the delegate’s responsibility to determine their requirements for entry into Canada.

Politique De Confidentialité
L'inscription et la participation à, ou la participation à des WAPR 2025 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the organizer’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
Le Taux D'Enregistrement Des
Le paiement doit être reçu d'ici la fin de chaque date limite d'inscription afin de bénéficier du tarif. Le taux d'enregistrement changera automatiquement pour le prochain tarif d'inscription si pas reçu dans son intégralité.
Politique D'Annulation
Inscription les annulations reçues par écrit à la WAPR 2025 Secrétariat du Congrès de l'adresse en Le 15 août 2025 (23:59 PST), seront acceptés et tous les frais remboursés, moins CAD de 150,00 frais administratifscomme par le Comité de la politique. Les annulations reçues après Le 15 août 2025 (23:59 PST), ne sera pas remboursé; toutefois, le transfert de votre inscription à une autre personne qui est autorisée par la ré-accéder à l'original du délégué de l'enregistrement via la lettre de confirmation et de la remplacer par le nouveau délégué. Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué pour les non-participation au Congrès.
Dans le cas peu probable que le Congrès est annulée, les frais de déplacement et hébergement ne seront pas remboursés.
