PSR Canada est une organisation professionnelle qui offre les comp\u00e9tences d'une Communaut\u00e9 de Pratique pour les individus et les organisations qui se consacrent \u00e0 des principes, des valeurs et de la prestation de services ax\u00e9s sur le r\u00e9tablissement. Nous partager les apprentissages \u00e0 partir d'autres initiatives \u00e9ducatives de webinaires et de r\u00e9unions, et de promouvoir la participation locale et de soutien pour les membres par le biais g\u00e9ographique chapitres \u00e0 travers le Canada.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Depuis 2013, l'organisation a maintenu des Comp\u00e9tences de Pratique Canadien pour la R\u00e9cup\u00e9ration Orient\u00e9e vers la R\u00e9adaptation Psychosociale des Praticiens. Ce document est compil\u00e9 par le Comit\u00e9 Scientifique de l'organisation \u00e0 l'aide de \u00e9tay\u00e9es et des pratiques prometteuses. De nombreux membres du comit\u00e9 scientifique sont post-secondaire, les \u00e9ducateurs et en combinant leurs connaissances de base, ils fournissent de l'information qui montre comment la reprise est r\u00e9ussie en utilisant les outils de la r\u00e9adaptation psychosociale.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

En septembre 2025, PSR\/RPS Canada jouera un r\u00f4le central dans l'organisation de la XV Congr\u00e8s Mondial de l'Association Mondiale Pour la R\u00e9adaptation Psychosociale (WAPR) et le Canadien de RP de R\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de Conf\u00e9rence \u00e0 Vancouver du 27 au 30 septembre 2025. Cette conf\u00e9rence r\u00e9unira des experts afin de discuter et de faire progresser le domaine de la r\u00e9adaptation psychosociale.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
