Official Housing Bureau

WAPR 2025 Congress Secretariat (International Conference Services, Ltd.) is the official housing bureau and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for the Congress. Special room rates have been negotiated and will be available to WAPR 2025 attendees only. 

The success of WAPR 2025 depends on delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors using the official Congress accommodation by booking through the official housing bureau WAPR 2025 cannot meet contracted room obligations if registrants reserve rooms outside the official hotel or book hotels through channels other than the official housing bureau. Rooms that are not filled through the official housing bureau create an expense for Congress in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of Congress at risk.

    Hotel Information

    The WAPR 2025 Congress venue and hotel partner – Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre is an award-winning full service deluxe hotel located in the heart of downtown Vancouver.  

    The award-winning Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre offers an unforgettable stay at British Columbia’s largest hotel. With 746 elegant guestrooms and suites, including floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing stunning views of the city, mountains, and ocean, every moment here is a visual delight. 

    From Vancouver International Airport (YVR):
    • Rides are easily accessible as they are available at the airport for direct transport to the hotel.
    • The SkyTrain operates daily, providing a quick 25-minute journey from Vancouver International Airport to Vancouver City Centre. 
    • Upon arriving at Vancouver City Centre, passengers can easily transfer to bus 044 UBC, which stops at SB Burrard St @ Nelson St, just a short distance from the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre. 

    Room Rate and Booking information

    Single or Double occupancy: $299.00

    Rates do not include breakfast applicable taxes, or other automatic or mandatory charges, such as tips or gratuities for employees, unless otherwise expressly stated.

    Booking Deadline

    Hotel booking deadline is on Friday, August 22, 2025 at 23:59 PST (Pacific Standard Time) Please note rooms may be sold out prior to this date. 

    It is recommended that you book accommodation early in order to take advantage of the special room rates that are subject to availability. Please scroll to the bottom of the page for Reservation Terms and Conditions.

    Housing Piracy Warning

    WARNING: Please beware of housing piracy companies. They are contacting delegates/sponsors to book rooms through their channels and are claiming that they control the rooms for the Congress. They do not. These companies charge non-refundable deposits from the moment you book their rooms, thus making it impossible for delegates to cancel their reservations. In some situations, rooms are not booked but payment has been taken. The Congress website (https:// https://conference.psrrpscanada.ca//) is the only way to register for the Congress and book hotel accommodation. 

    Terms and Conditions

    Please review the following guidelines and policies regarding reservations, cancellations, and other important details to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre. Your understanding and compliance with these terms help us maintain the highest standards of service for all attendees. 

    • A credit card is required to book your accommodation, and the hotel will charge the non-refundable, full stay to the credit card on file approximately 30 days prior to arrival.

    • Credit card must be valid until end of your stay. A receipt will be provided at check-out. If you wish to change the credit card provided, you may do so no later than Friday, August 22, 2025. 

    • The credit card provided must have an expiration date on or after October 2025. 

    • Important: If accommodation has been booked with a credit card that is not in the guest’s name, the card holder will be required to complete a Payment Authorization Form directly with the hotel 30 days prior to arrival. Please email wapr2025-registration@icsevents.com. to advise you require a third-party form.  

    • Reservations may be changed or canceled without penalty no later than Friday, August 22, 2025. If you wish to change the credit card used to book this reservation, you may do so no later than Friday, August 22, 2025. 

    • Cancellations and reductions in room nights after Friday, August 22, 2025 will result in all room nights being charged to the credit card on file. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded. 

    • Rooms can only be reserved through the booking link provided above or the link sent to you upon completing your registration.
